Website design & development
Creativity is always the foundation of a good website, not only visually, but in it's functionality and accessibility.  I always program sites in XHTML and CSS following web standards. 

Rich internet applications
Flash is a great medium for the web.  Although it has obtained a bad name in the web, it does have positive features.  It has can produce effects that XHTML, CSS, and Javascript by themselves can not. 

Creative Design
